Delete Your Cafoo Account

To request deletion of your Cafoo account, please follow these steps:

• Send an email to info@cafoo.ae from the email address linked to your Cafoo account (the Google account email used to sign in).
• Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request – Cafoo".
• Include your full name and the email address associated with your account.

When your request is processed, we delete the following data associated with your account:

• Your Cafoo user account (Google OAuth / Supabase authentication).
• Profile information (name, email address).
• Saved preferences and inquiry history linked to your account.

We may retain certain information where required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

• Records required by UAE law (e.g. transaction or contract records) for up to 5 years.
• Anonymized analytics data that cannot be used to identify you.

We will process your deletion request within 30 days and send a confirmation email once your account and associated data have been deleted.
